Quebec-chan - APH

NOTE: This is not a political statement, nor is it intended to be offensive. Please to not interpret it as such.

There was a contest a while back, I don't remember where, to design your own interpretation of Quebec (Canadian province) as a character in Axis Powers Hetalia (a Japanese webcomic, manga and anime series).

I missed the deadline for the contest, but finished the picture anyway.

I imagine Quebec as a precocious little girl who easily gets upset and throws temper tantrums. She's the type to pack a bag to run away, but not get any further than the driveway.
She looks up to her Grampa France, and speaks his language whenever possible (sometimes they have trouble with slang, though). If she's in a bad mood, she'll pretend to not understand any other language.
Quebec's plush toy is Juste pour Rire (Just for Laughs).
Her "human name" is Gabrielle Laurence Cartier.
